Institutional website (SPA) · 2026
IBA Estúdio.
The website of my development, AI and automation studio. Made to speak to business owners, not programmers.
Why I made it
When IBA became my studio, it needed a home of its own. Until then the services were mixed into my personal portfolio, and people looking for a studio want to quickly understand what it solves, how it works and how long it takes.
The idea
Organize the studio into three areas: web development and systems, AI built into processes, and operations automation. Each one explained by the problem it solves: customer service that answers after hours, a report that puts itself together, no one retyping the same order three times.
And show how a project moves from start to finish: conversation, proposal, development in stages and delivery. With the commitments in writing: scope and timeline in writing, you talk to the people who build it, and you get adjustments after delivery.
Creative process
The hardest part was the copy, not the code. I rewrote it many times to remove technical jargon and speak the language of people who run a business. Nobody wakes up wanting "an n8n automation"; they want to stop copying spreadsheets.
Visually, I followed IBA's identity and used Framer Motion to reveal content calmly as people scroll. The site also has a blog, policy pages and direct contact via WhatsApp, which is where clients already are.
Decisions I made
- React + TailwindAn SPA that is easy to grow, with components reused across pages and the blog.
- Nothing made upNo vanity numbers or fake case studies. The site promises what the studio delivers.
- WhatsApp as the channelThe conversation starts where the client already is, and continues in the same place after delivery.
- SEO from the startSo that people looking for these services in Porto Alegre find IBA.
What I took away
Building the website for my own business forced me to define the business. Writing each section meant deciding what IBA is, what it does and what it does not do.
